A 600W MOSFET amplifier for 144 MHz with 2 x MRF151g
by Winfried Kriegl DK9IP/KH7CD (November 2007)I got some MRF151g MOSFETs really cheap some time ago and decided to build a 144 MHz amplifier with two units and power divider/combiner. The amplifier design is inspired by the original Motorola application AR305 but with some modifications especially at the output transformer. The board layout was made by OZ1KBP and OZ1LPR.
Until now I have finished one of the amplifier stages. I hope to get back to this project soon...
